World of music mourns the passing of Manu Dibango from coronavirus, aged 86 – a Camaroonian maestro who united the world

Emmanuel N’Djoké Dibango was born on December 12th, 1933 and news of his passing came today on March 24th, 2020. He was a Cameroonian musician and songwriter who played saxophone and vibraphone, renowned globally. He developed a musical style fusing jazz, funk, and traditional Cameroonian music.
