‘Macedonian Nightcrawler’ by Dzambo Agusevi Orchestra is given the Kottarashky remix treatment for purveyor of Eastern Europe’s finest flavours, Asphalt Tango Records

This quirky little track for Asphalt Tango Records reminds us of some of the oddball bass and brass music that went down so well in nightclubs in the early 2000s, when backrooms championed alternative sounds galore. This is the second remix from the Dzambo Agusevi Orchestra album Brasses for the Masses, which came out in March, this time Bulgarian producer Kottarashky turns Macedonian Nightcrawler into funky breakbeat.

From humble beginnings in his Macedonian village of Strumica, to smashing festivals across Europe as the leader of his Aguševi Orchestra, trumpet prodigy Džambo is known as the “Funky Tiger of Macedonia”.
